With our extensive background in the residential brokerage business, our decisions are always made with the resale value of the property in mind, as well as the continued valuation of your community. Director, Mabelle Gummere was raised in the real estate business. Her first real estate sales license was obtained in 1976. She has purchased, sold, and managed millions of dollars of residential and commercial properties for an international clientel, as well as for herself.
Operations Manager, Dale DeMen started in property management in 1972. She has managed large communities in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Houston, and Tucson. Ms. DeMen has completed all coursework for the IREM CPM designation. She has been selling real estate since 1978, and is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker.
Accounting Manager, Kimberly Saline has performed accounting duties for various businesses for the past 20 years. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Kim has lived in Tucson for the past 7 years. Kim brings a background in property management and accounting, and is an Arizona Notary Public.
Vice President of Sales, Claudia White is a Southern Arizona native with over 30 years experience in the real estate industry. She is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker.
