| WINGVIEW ASSOCIATION Please note that you belong to two Homeowner's Associations. The Master Association is the Rancho Del Lago Community Association, and then you are members of the Homeowner controlled Wingview Subdivision Association. Portmere LLC dba HOA Management Solutions is now the management company for the Master Association of Rancho Del Lago, commonly known as Rancho Del Lago Community Association. Quarterly fees for belonging to the Rancho Del Lago Community Association are to be made payable as noted below or may be made by clicking the "Your Account" tab, then selecting "Manage Your Account". Once there, enter your account number and password. If you have lost your password, please call us at 520-760-7793. Here you may make a one time payment with either a Credit Card ($5.00 service charge), a check (free), or set up automatic electronic withdrawals. The choice is yours. If you prefer the old fashioned way, just follow the directions below. Please put the account number from the letter you have received on your check. If you have not received your new account number or Payment Coupon Book, please contact us immediately.
